Nearly every in-stock order placed by 3:00 PM Central, Monday–Friday, ships the same business day. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day. High-value orders may ship with signature confirmation — see Shipping Security below.

Carriers & insurance

We ship with UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Every shipment is insured by the carrier. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, and is always available from your account’s order history.

Rates & free shipping

• Exact rates before you buy: add items to your cart and use Estimate Shipping Cost on the cart page — you’ll see live options and pricing from every carrier.
• Free ground shipping on orders over $499 to commercial addresses in the contiguous US. Free shipping does not apply to residential addresses.
• Expedited options (overnight, 2-day) are shown at checkout with live pricing when available for your items.

Large equipment: freight, liftgate & inside delivery

Large displays and interactive boards (55″+) ship on a pallet via freight. Two delivery options are offered right on those product pages:

• Liftgate service — the truck lowers the pallet to ground level (required if your location has no loading dock).
• Inside delivery — the pallet is brought inside your building’s entrance rather than left at the curb.

Shipping security

To protect you from theft and fraud, high-value shipments may require an adult signature at delivery, and we may verify billing details before releasing certain orders — this is the rare exception that can add a day to the same-day cutoff. If a package arrives damaged, note it with the driver if possible and contact us right away — we’ll handle the carrier claim and make it right per our return policy.
