The Poly 2200-17671-001 is the replacement power supply for the Poly VVX 1500 business media phone. It restores a VVX 1500 that has a failed or missing adapter, and is the correct option for deployments powering the phone from an outlet rather than Power over Ethernet.
Genuine Poly part matched to the VVX 1500's power requirements. If your switch provides PoE, the VVX 1500 can draw power over the network cable instead and this adapter is not required.
