Yealink RoomPanel is an Android touchscreen scheduling panel that gives users a dedicated interface for scheduling meetings, checking room availability, looking through a calendar and more. RoomPanel is designed for installation outside a meeting room on a wall, on glass, or on a standard 2-gang electrical box. It is compatible with numerous platforms, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom. The panel has an RFID/NFC radio for secure, contactless ID authorization. It also supports Wi-Fi for wireless network connectivity.

RoomPanel has an integrated proximity sensor to wake-up the panel when someone approaches, and it has an ambient light sensor to adjust screen brightness. The ends of the panel have LED indicator lights that clearly show workers the room status at a glance. Power RoomPanel using the included power adapter or via PoE.
